As a company specializing in the manufacturing of intelligent equipment, its product range spans from precision sheet metal body panels to high-load balancing weights. Given the stark differences in material thickness, shape, and corrosion protection requirements between these two product categories, this project established an integrated coating system comprising an electrophoresis line for sheet metal panels, a spray painting line, and a shot blasting, primer, and topcoat line for counterweights. This system effectively addressed the coating challenges posed by construction machinery components, which vary significantly in weight and have distinct requirements. This not only significantly improved the aesthetic quality of the products but also laid a solid manufacturing foundation for the company’s entry into high-end international markets.
