PCL Top Conveyor System

The workpieces can stop, wait, or accelerate independently without affecting the overall line cycle. A "buffer zone" (accumulation section) can be established before the curing tunnel or spray booth to adjust the speed differences between the preceding and following processes. Using switches, the workpieces can easily switch between the main line and the branch line, significantly saving factory floor space.
