The system can achieve 80%-90% air recirculation, resulting in energy savings of over 60%. It uses limestone powder or paper-based filter boxes, preventing the generation of wastewater and meeting green factory standards. The spray booth is equipped with a large number of sensors to automatically adjust the airflow speed. Regardless of the workpiece size, the airflow speed is kept stable in a laminar flow state of 0.3-0.5 m/s, ensuring precise direction of the paint mist toward the recovery outlet. The filter box replacement cycle is long, with high automation, constant temperature and humidity, and excellent coating gloss and stability. The dual-stage paint mist recovery system consists of physical interception and final-stage purification, making it suitable for high-volume automated lines. Paint sludge can be automatically collected and recycled as construction material.
