Liuzhou Painting Project Enters Final Stage

On April 19, 2026, the Coating project in Liuzhou, Guangxi, entered its final stage. The project covers key equipment including:

• Large-scale pretreatment system
• Electrophoresis line
• Post-electrophoresis treatment line
• Coating line
• Powder coating line
• Drying line
• Rain simulation test line
• RTO exhaust gas treatment environmental protection equipment
• Automated conveyor systems such as accumulation chain conveyors and sled-type transport systems

After more than two months of intensive construction, the installation of the complete Coating line has now entered the final phase of refinement, with each process advancing in an orderly manner according to schedule.

The project manager explained that the installation of a Coating production line falls within the realm of high-precision operations. The accuracy of every section of the track and the sealing performance of each air duct directly affect the stability and consistency of subsequent mass production. To ensure this, the construction team has adhered to a “craftsmanship spirit,” strictly following standardized installation procedures. From initial site layout to equipment leveling, from pipeline welding to electrical connections, every step undergoes self-inspection and mutual inspection, ensuring timely project delivery and the creation of a high-standard, high-quality model project.
